PROJECTS: Egyptian developer Doja plans mixed-used projects in new capital

Egyptian developer Doja is plannning to launch two mixed-use projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), the company's sales director said.Islam Khater told Zawya Projects that the two yet-to-be named projects would be located in NAC's downtown area.He said the company is awaiting building license for the first project, a 9-storey retail and medical complex with a built-up area of about 10,000 square metres, adding that construction is expected to start by the end of 2020, and complete by 2023.Khater said the second project with a similar mix of units would be launched in October 2021 but didn't elaborate.Doja is also constucting Aurora mixed-use project in the NAC at an investment of about 1.2 billion pounds ($75 million).(1 US Dollar = 15.90 Egyptian Pounds)(Reporting by Eman Hamed; Editing by Anoop
