CAIRO - 13 October 2020: The Italian Institute in Cairo launches, in mid-October, the Festival of Sustainable Development, which takes music and women's roles as one of the fields of Italian-Egyptian cooperation.

According to the statement issued by the institute, the festival, organized by the Italian Alliance for Sustainable Development, aims to promote innovative and new partnerships between governments, civil society, academic and the private sectors to achieve sustainable development goals.

The festival, in which the Italian Cultural Institute in Cairo participates, is presented through a special cooperation with the Egyptian Center for Culture and Arts - MAKAN Cairo, as a working title for the ten years separating us from 2030.
