Amman Mayor inaugurates road projects part of BRT – Roya News English

Saturday, the Mayor of Amman Yousef Shawarbeh inaugurated an infrastructure project which is a key component of the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project. It aims to improve road efficiency and ease traffic congestion in the capital.

Shawarbeh said the project involved the Sharif Nasser Bin Jameel and Al-Kindi Streets, where they constructed a 1,040-meter tunnel and a 360-meter, two-lane bridge as part of the RTB project. He added that the project also included road expansions as well as sidewalks, lighting and drainage networks.
