At the core of  Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) 's mission is an unwavering commitment to  helping entrepreneurs learn  and grow to  new levels of leadership . We asked some of our 14,000+ members how the Covid-19 shutdown has changed the way they think about office space. With many entrepreneurs deciding to switch a portion of staff to a telecommuting situation indefinitely , how will that impact their need for office space? Here's what they shared.

"Since Covid hit, our growth plan for our team and office space has changed significantly. Prior to March 16, we required all 60-plus employees to work from the office. Today, only one does. When we do reopen the office , no one will be required to come back--we'll leave the decision up to each individual. From an office planning perspective, I was expecting to increase floor space from 8,000 to 20,000 square feet to accommodate our near three-digit growth. Plans have changed; I expect at least half of our staff to work remotely part or full-time going forward.
