Arabian Construction Company wins contract to build first 300 villas on Abu Dhabi’s Jubail Island

The developer of the Dh5bn Jubail Island project in Abu Dhabi has awarded a contract to build the first 300 villas to Arabian Construction Company.

The value of the contract has not been disclosed, but Jubail Island Investment Company said the award was driven by "impressive" pre-sales to date, with 60 per cent of the site's infrastructure already complete.
