Expat homebuyers in Saudi Arabia favor NEOM as top choice

Riyadh - Mubasher: NEOM emerges as the most preferred project for expatriate investors in Saudi Arabia, according to the Saudi Gazette.

A survey conducted by global property consultancy Knight Frank revealed that approximately 29% of expats in the kingdom expressed a desire to purchase homes in NEOM.

In the same survey, Jeddah Central and King Salman Park were ranked as the second and third choices, with 15% and 8% of respondents expressing interest in buying homes there, respectively.

Knight Frank conducted the survey on 241 expatriates, of which 56% have resided in Saudi Arabia for over a decade, and 76% are employed in the private sector.
