KSrelief continues water and environmental sanitation project in Hodeidah

HODEIDAH — The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has continued implementing the water and environmental sanitation project to preserve the lives of families in Hodeidah Governorate, Yemen.During December 2020, 1,443,000 liters of drinking water and 1,313,000 liters non-drinking water were pumped to the tanks. The KSrelief also transferred waste and wastewater from the camps to their disposal sites, continued maintenance of tanks and bathrooms, and implemented spray campaigns to combat disease vectors.The project comes within the framework of humanitarian and relief projects, provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the KSrelief, for the Yemeni people to improve their living conditions during the current humanitarian crisis.KSrelief's medical clinics providetreatment services in HajjahIn Hajjah, the Mobile Medical Clinics of KSrelief continued providing treatment services, in Hajjah Governorate, Yemen. During December 2020, the clinics received 1,115 patients, with various health conditions, and provided them with the necessary health services.
