SDAIA, DARP and STC launch smart bracelet project for pilgrims

Saudi Gazette report MINA "” The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) and Doyof Al Rahman Program (DARP), in partnership with STC Group, launched the Pilgrim's Smart Bracelet (NUSK) project as a high-tech service that Saudi Arabia will begin to provide during the this year's Hajj. The service, which is based on data and the Internet of things (IoT), includes the implementation of integrated project stages for business model development and operational, technical, and technological system development, in a quality experience that serves the pilgrim's journey. The memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed at SDAIA's headquarters in the presence of the President of SDAIA, Dr. Abdullah bin Sharaf Al-Ghamdi; Director of the National Information Center, Dr. Essam bin Abdullah Al-Waqit; DARP CEO Eng. Bassam bin Abdulrahman Gheshian, STC Group CEO Eng. Olayan M. Al-Wetaid and STC Chief Business Officer Eng. Riyadh Saeed Muawad.
