Azizi breaks ground, starts construction on $1.08bn Phase 4 of Riviera project – MEP MiddleEast

UAE-based private real estate developer Azizi Developments has broken ground and begun expedited construction on Phase 4 of Riviera,  which is its flagship master-planned French Mediterranean-inspired lifestyle community situated in MBR City.

Phase 4 of the Azizi Riviera development will be constructed with a project value of approximately $1.08bn (AED 4bn).

Phase 4 will include the construction of 5,061 units, featuring approximately 2,606 studios, 1,579 one-bedroom, and 876 two-bedroom homes. All buildings will come with fully equipped gyms, two swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms, and children’s play areas, and will be surrounded by vast green open spaces, among other amenities.

Construction at Riviera is progressing swiftly, with the Phase 1 now 85% complete. Phase 2 has crossed the 70% construction milestone, and Phase 3 is already more than 40% complete.

The first homes in Riviera’s Phase 1 will be handed over in summer 2021, with the last keys of Phase 4 being given to Azizi’s investors and end-users by the end of 2022, marking the completion of the entire four-phase megaproject.
