Azizi Developments’ Berton in Al Furjan reaches 52% construction completion

 Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer in the UAE, has announced the 52 per cent completion of Berton, an exceptionally well-connected residential development in the heart of Dubai's emerging growth corridor, Al Furjan. In line with its commitment to timely delivery, Azizi Developments aims to complete the 245-unit development, which comprises 190 studio units, 41 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom apartments as well 16 luxurious penthouses, by Q2 2021. Currently, Berton's structure is 100% complete, while the blockwork and internal plastering are at 98 and 90 per cent respectively. Azizi has also recorded a 15 per cent completion of the second mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), with façade works and titling both having reached 25 and 30 per cent respectively.
