Dubai-based Safe Developers unveils $40mn worth residential project

Dubai-based leading boutique real estate developer, Safe Developers has launched a $40 million (Dh150 million) worth Gardenia Livings project in Arjan.

Safe Developers is a subsidiary of Silgo Group, a 40 years old diversified business conglomerate based in Dubai.

Gardenia Livings, which spans 55,810 square feet, features 156 apartments, including 90 one-bedroom flats and 66 two-bedroom units, as well as other vital amenities, according to the developer’s statement.

The luxurious landmark is situated in a lush green environment at the entrance to Dubai’s Arjan, offering a lavish residential space. It provides views of a lush green public park when viewed from two of its three sides.

Mr. Shahzad Saxena, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Safe Developers and Silgo Group of Companies noted that, “Today marks a historic day for Silgo Group as our property development arm Safe Developers is launching its first project, Gardenia Livings.
