Dubai’s Stella Stays plans expansion into Abu Dhabi holiday homes sector – ArabianBusiness
Dubai-based holiday homes firm Stella Stays has announced plans to expand into Abu Dhabi following new regulations for the holiday home sector.
The company said in a statement that it plans to launch more than 100 holiday home units in the UAE’s capital by the end of 2022.
The move follows the launch of regulations last month that made it mandatory for all holiday home operators in Abu Dhabi to register their units on a new online system to ensure sector regulations are maintained.
