MEP works 15% complete, construction hits 52% on Azizi’s Berton in Al Furjan – MEP MiddleEast

UAE-based private real estate developer Azizi Developments has completed 25% of the MEP works, with construction crossing the 52% milestone on its Berton development – a well-connected residential project – located in the heart of Dubai's emerging growth corridor, Al Furjan.

Once complete, the 245-unit development will comprise of 41 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom apartments, as well 16 penthouses.

Currently, Berton's structure is 100% complete, with the blockwork 98% complete and internal plastering 90% complete.

Azizi Developments has also recorded a 15% completion of the second mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP). Façade works have reached 25% while titling is more than 30% complete. Finishes and external works are also progressing rapidly.

In line with its commitment to timely delivery, Azizi Developments aims to complete the Berton development by Q2 2021.
