UAE displays signs of a recovery in Q4 2021 after months of muted activity – Construction Week Online
According to the JLL 2021 real estate review, the UAE is demonstrating signs of recovery in the after months of muted activity.
Over 2021, approximately 138,000 m2 of office space was completed in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, respectively.
As a result, the total stock in the former city climbed to 9.1 million m2 and reached 3.9 million m2 in the latter.
