Dubai sees 56% higher property sale transactions in Q3-20

UAE - Mubasher: Dubai's total property sale transactions surged by 55.76% to 8,727 in the third quarter (Q3) of 2020, compared to the second quarter (Q2) of 2020.

The total value of Dubai's property sales recorded AED 18.376 billion in Q3-20, up 67.71% from Q2-20, according to Data Finder, the real estate insights and data platform under the Property Finder group.

Hence, the total number of sale transactions reaches 24,573 in 2020 with a total value of AED 49.39 billion.

In September, the number of property sale transactions in Dubai jumped by 56.56% to 3,853 valued at AED 8.93 billion, when compared to August.

As for mortgage transactions, Dubai saw 3,720 sales worth AED 38.31 billion in Q3-20, 101.41% higher than the second quarter in terms of the volume.

In 2020, the total number of mortgage transactions records 9,140 valued at AED 68.05 billion.
