It was all about the freshness and artistry of Japanese food at the LuLu Japanese Food Festival where Guest Chef Masato Ikeda said, "Meshiagare“ (Bon Appetit) with some delicious signature dishes.
The festival, which is part of the ongoing 'FOOD IS GOOD' culinary festival, was inaugurated on Saturday evening by Japanese Ambassador to Bahrain Hideki Ito in the presence of LuLu senior management.
Top billing was given to worldwide Japanese favourites such as sushi and tempura and batter-fried chicken. With its emphasis on fresh seafood prepared with a light touch, the festival was enjoyed by guests of the Hypermarket.
