Consumer Protection Authority chief visits Al Buraimi Governorate

Muscat: The Chairman of Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) visited a number of shops and commercial centres in Al Buraimi Governorate. 

A statement issued online by the Consumer Protection Authority said, "His Excellency Sulayem Al Hikmani, Chairman of the Consumer Protection Authority, visited Al Buraimi Governorate and inspected a number of shops to closely examine the extent of their commitment to implement the Consumer Protection Law and the regulations and decisions issued by the Authority."

"Also, he inspected the efforts made by the authority's cadres in following up and monitoring the markets in terms of availability of goods, price stability and monitoring observations of the consumers and immediate deal with them. He thanked the Authority's cadres for their dedication in performing their work."
