Saudi human resource ministry launches Forrester Customer Experience project

Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development has launched a project in cooperation with Forrester, an American market research and advisory company, to assess customer experience.





Forrester's Customer Experience Index project will study the maturity level in the ministry's beneficiary experience management practices and improve its institutional capacity in managing these practices, according to a press release on Thursday.





Hence, the project will enable the Ministry of Human Resource to provide high-quality services and build a comprehensive governance system to follow up beneficiaries' experience of its services.





The ministry is the first entity in Saudi Arabia to apply the Forrester methodology, as it seeks to upgrade its services.
