First batch graduates from NGN’s Information Security Program


Yaqoob Al Awadhi NGN Training Center celebrated the graduation of 144 Bahrainis who attended a remote free training course in fundamentals of information security. This comes within the framework of the Center’s goal to prepare and train national cadres following the requirements of the new labor market and the requirements of the 4th industrial revolution, and in the framework of supporting the efforts of Bahrain’s digital transformation, and building a knowledge economy as stipulated in Bahrain Vision 2030. These 144 graduates represent the first batch of graduates from an ambitious program recently launched by NGN Training Center in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor, which aims to provide free qualitative training for 5,000 Bahrainis in diverse fields of information security. The training process was carried out using virtual training technology, under the direct supervision of trainers specialized in ICT from NGN Training Center, and with the cooperation and supervision of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development.
