Football: Clubs issued criteria for appointing technical staff – Gulf Digital News

The Bahrain Football Association has issued a circular to all member clubs, stating the minimum criteria for appointing technical staff to clubs for the 2022-2023 season.

Under the circular, the senior team shall appoint a coach holding an Asian A-level certificate and an assistant holding an Asian B-level certificate. The goalkeepers coach should hold an Asian GK L2 certificate; the fitness coach should hold an Asian fitness L1B certificate, while the technical analyst should hold an Asian Level C certification.

Under-21 category: The requirements include an Asian A-level certificate for the team coach, an Asian B-level certificate for the assistant coach, an Asian GK L1 level certificate for the goalkeepers coach, an Asian B level certificate for the fitness trainer, and an Asian Level C certificate for the technical analyst.

Under-19: The requirements include an Asian level B certificate for the trainer, an Asian level C certificate for the assistant coach, an Asian GK L1 level certificate for the goalkeepers trainer, an Asian B level certificate for the fitness trainer, and an Asian level C certificate technical analyst.

Under-17: The requirements include an Asian level B certificate for the trainer, an Asian level C certificate for the assistant trainer, an Asian GK L1 level
