Egyptian gaming startup Gamesbandy closes Seed round

Egypt-based gaming startup Gamesbandy has raised an undisclosed Seed round, led by Flat6labs Bahrain and Tamkeen.

Founded by Abdulrahman Aboshamah, Gamesbandy is a gamer marketplace for the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) region, providing users with the ability to trade accounts, buy in-game items and sell their old high-level accounts. Gamesbandy takes a commission of sales

The fund will be used to improve Gamesbandy's platform to support more games, invest in marketing and expand geographically to become the one-stop-shop for games trading in Mena.
