Kuwait City, Feb 04: Zain invites customers to update their Civil ID and personal information on its database as soon as possible to continue enjoying uninterrupted services, following directives and regulations from the Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA).

This step helps protect customer privacy, limit fraud attempts, and ensure the validity of customer data in Zain’s database, enabling the company to offer them the best services. To avoid service interruption, customers should complete this process by 03 March 2024.
