Minister of Information Technology praises Ayn platform | Times of Oman

His Excellency Eng. Said bin Hamoud Al Maawali, Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology Muscat: The Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology has appreciated the launch of the Ayn platform which emphasises the importance of digital transformation in media. A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA) said: "His Excellency Eng. Said bin Hamoud Al Maawali, Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, appreciated the official launch of the Ayn platform, which was developed by the Ministry of Information as an advanced interactive digital media platform." His Excellency said that the Ayn platform emphasises the importance of digital transformation in the media field to enhance reliable, accurate and transparent information in the offering, in addition to contributing to digital transformation in the performance of government institutions. His Excellency the Minister indicated that developing digital services and channels and raising their efficiency facilitates access to information and data, enhances the user experience and meets their desires and preferences.
