Infath auctions off Al Yasmeen land for SAR 1.2 bln
The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) sold today, March 20, Al Yasmeen land that spans 360,000 square meters for SAR 1.19 billion.
Infath indicated that businessmen, investors, investment funds, and those interested in the real estate sector participated in the auction that was held in Riyadh.
More than 5,000 properties in different Saudi cities were liquidated in 2021 and 2022, and the total recovered rights reached SAR 12 billion.
