All shareholders duly registered in the Company register at the Securities Depository Center (“Edaa”) at the end of the trading session preceding the meeting and in accordance with the laws and regulations are entitled to attend the meeting,in addition to their rights to assign other than the members of the board of the Company. They shall register their attendance and vote through the Tadawulaty platform noting that the right to register to attend the
