All technical glitches faced by customers resolved: ENBD

Emirates NBD, Dubai's largest bank, on Wednesday said that it had resolved all the technical issues that customers had been facing while the bank upgraded its systems."As previously communicated, Emirates NBD has undertaken an important system upgrade of its core banking platform. I would like to update that our teams have resolved issues and have restored digital banking services across all channels," said Abdulla Qassem, group chief operating officer of Emirates NBD.The bank encountered "teething problems" during the process of upgrading its systems, because of which some customers were not able to carry out some transactions."We are closely monitoring the situation and continue to improve service performance as more customers access our digital banking platforms.
