Dubai Courts Sign Memorandum of Understanding with Moro Data Center to Enhance Digital Transformation

Dubai Courts have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Moro Data Center for Integrated Solutions, aiming to involve the company in the digital transformation process within the courts and develop their capabilities in relation to digital transformation, technology solutions, and consultations. His Excellency prof. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director-General of Dubai Courts, affirmed that the signing of the memorandum is in line with the government’s aspirations to reduce procedural bureaucracy, review processes and procedures within the courts, and elevate the concept of their electronic reengineering. The signing of the agreement was attended by His Excellency Judge Abdul Qader Musa, President of the Court of Cassation, His Excellency Judge Omar Miran, Judge of Cassation, Mr. Mohammed Al Obaidli, Executive Director of the Case Management Sector, and Mr. Abdelaziz Al Hammadi, Director of Information Technology Department.
