Fresh lifeline for Bahrain’s tourism facilities

MANAMA: A new lifeline has been extended to Bahrain's tourism facilities with the government announcing a waiver on levy for three months from October.Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority chief executive Nader Almoayyed last night revealed that the move aimed to reduce financial burden on the sector that has been hit hard by the pandemic.It is understood that four- and five-star hotels have been notified.
