Egypt’s Ministry of Tourism &Antiquities organizes a trip for students with special needs to Aswan

 CAIRO - 27 February 2021:The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, represented by the Egyptian Tourism Promotion Board office in Sohag, organized an awareness trip for a group of 24 students with special needs for two days to Aswan, in coordination with the Educational Administration, the Integration Department, in Sohag.

 

 Mrs. Iman Mahmoud, head of the internal tourism sector at the board, indicated that this trip comes as a part of the "Know Your Country" initiative, which the board has launched since last December to raise tourism and archaeological awareness among citizens of all ages and cultures, and to stimulate the internal tourism movement.

 

 Mrs. Iman Mahmoud explained that the program of this trip will include a visit to the High Dam, the Nubia Museum, Nubian Islands, and the Kom Ombo temple.
