Momofuku Launches Its First-Ever Noodle Line

As restaurants continue to pivot and expand to servicing at-home customers (hello, Carbone jarred sauces), new SKUs from renowned chefs are venturing into American pantries. This week, Momofuku announced its first-ever line of noodles, inspired by staple menu items at the restaurant that launched the entire brands, Momofuku Noodle Bar in Manhattan's East Village. In this new line of products, Momofuku promises to share signature flavors from their restaurant kitchens with home cooks across the country. Momofuku's new noodles come in three flavors: Soy & Scallion Noodles, Spicy Soy Noodles and Tingly Chili Wavy Noodles. Unlike many instant noodles on the market, Momofuku's new noodles are air dried, not fried or frozen, and made exclusively with wheat, salt and water, the way prep cooks would do in a professional kitchen. They have zero preservatives or artificial flavoring, and each flavor has 10 grams of plant-based protein per serving. Each noodle package ($12) contains five servings of dried noodles, and a special Noodle Lover's Box ($35) offers five packages of each flavor.
