UAE bans citizens from traveling to countries facing entry ban

Saudi Gazette report JEDDAH "” The United Arab Emirates has banned citizens from traveling to countries that are on its travel ban list. In a joint statement issued on Thursday, the UAE's National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority (NCEMA) and the foreign ministry announced the ban exempting diplomatic missions, emergency treatment cases, official, economic and scientific delegations. As part of the move, UAE citizens will not be allowed to travel to India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Namibia, Zambia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Liberia, South Africa and Nigeria.
