UAE’s Jumeirah Group makes hotel debut in Saudi Arabia



UAE – Mubasher: Jumeirah Group, a luxury hotels member of Dubai Holding, has opened its first hotel in Saudi Arabia under the name Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah.

Situated in Jabal Omar and near the Great Mosque of Makkah, the new hotel boasts world-class amenities that include 1,121 elegantly appointed rooms, suites, and residences, according to a press release.

Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah is part of the UAE group’s regional and international expansion plan, meticulously crafted to foster a sense of tranquillity, allowing guests to reconnect and reflect during their pilgrimage to the holy city of Makkah.

The property features eight dining venues, including the Mediterranean restaurant Patras, and a lobby lounge offering specialty teas and baked goods.

The hotel commenced operations as part of the second phase of the city’s flagship Jabal Omar project, designed by Fosters + Partners architects.
