Carvana Co Ranked Among Today’s Top Shorts As Markets Trade In The Green

September is kicking off how August ended- with more record highs. Jobless claims this Thursday came in at their lowest pandemic-era levels at 340,000 and crushed the forecasted 345,000. Although historically September has been among the seasonally weakest months of the year, there’s definitely a bullish backdrop for now. This all could change, though if the Delta outbreak worsens, if Friday’s August jobs report disappoints, or if the Fed tapers earlier and more aggressively than investors would like. For now, the August jobs report is projected to show 720,000 jobs were added, down from 943,000 jobs added in July. We will see how the market reacts to this. For now, though, the Dow Jones rose 130 points, lifted by Apple

, and the S&P 500 and Nasdaq
