Emirates to offer complimentary hotel stay in Dubai to select transiting passengers

Dubai carrier Emirates has re-launched its Dubai Connect initiative which offers a complimentary hotel stay in the emirate to its transiting passengers with layover time of over 10 hours.

The offer is available to customers booked across all classes, provided that their transit time between flights is above a minimum of 10 hours.

The service is available to those whose connection time is between 10 and 24 hours.

With Dubai Connect, Emirates passengers will receive a complimentary night's stay in a 4 or 5-star hotel in Dubai, ground transfers to and from the airport, meals at the hotel as well as UAE visa on arrival, where required.

Those who qualify for Dubai Connect but are unable to leave the airport, will be given access to the Emirates Dubai Connect airport lounge.

Customers with new or existing bookings, travelling from December 1, 2020 are eligible for the offer.

In addition to Dubai Connect, the airline has recently introduced other services including self-check-in and bag drop kiosks at Dubai International Airport.

The self check-in and bag drop kiosks are available at Terminal 3 of the Dubai International Airport and is available to customers travelling to all destinations except to the US, Canada, China, India and Hong Kong due
