Wizz Air's planned Abu Dhabi-based joint venture carrier will begin operations on October 1 with six new routes from the UAE capital.



The carrier, a joint venture between Hungary's low-cost operator and state-owned holding company ADQ, will operate flights to Alexandria, Athens, Kutaisi, Larnaca, Odesa and Yerevan with a fleet of two Airbus A321 Neo jets, Wizz Air Abu Dhabi said in a statement on Sunday.
