Froilan Cruz Diolosa, a 44-year-old healthcare worker became the first expat to receive the coronavirus vaccine.
Diolosa who works with the Ministry of Health received the first dose of Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine. Oman kicked-off the vaccination campaign on Sunday with His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Al Saidi, Minister of Health receiving the first dose.
