Citizenship law: UAE is a land of dreams, say FNC members

Members of the Federal National Council (FNC) have welcomed the new law amendments granting Emirati citizenship to select investors, specialised talents and professionals.They stressed that besides promoting the nation's economic growth and development, this is a clear indication that the UAE is a country of dreams.FNC member Sara Mohammed Falaknaz said: “This is a great milestone. It will give hope to people in various fields to create a better future for them and their families, and to realise their aspirations.“These law amendments, which have come after half a century since the formation of the UAE, also contribute to the stability of the minds that have resided in the country for many years and have all the love and loyalty to this great nation.”With these amendments, the UAE gives a “golden opportunity” to those with “enlightened minds aspiring to settle in the homeland of success”.
