Safe Developers launch $40.8mn Gardenia Livings in Arjan – Construction Week Online

Dubai-based real estate developer Safe Developers has launched the $40.8mn (AED150mn) Gardenia Livings project in Arjan.

Gardenia Livings project is a G+6 residential building spanning an area of 5184.9m2.  The development has 156 apartments comprising 90 one-bedroom apartments divided into 15 types and 66 two-bedroom apartments of 11 types.
