ScottishPower and Shell reserve seabed off Scotland for floating offshore wind farms
Shell (LON: SHEL) and ScottishPower have become the latest ScotWind winners to announce they have signed option to lease agreements.
In striking the deal with Crown Estate Scotland, the pair have reserved the seabed rights for their MarramWind and CampionWind floating offshore wind farms.
Destined to be among the first commercial-scale floating offshore windfarms anywhere in the world, the two developments will be able to power millions of homes.
