NNA - Caretaker Minister of Agriculture, Abbas Hajj Hassan, met with his Syrian counterpart Mohammed Hassan Qatana, on the sidelines of the UN Food Systems Summit in Italy.

The Syrian Minister informed Hajj Hassan that the Syrian government has accepted to reduce the transit fares imposed on the Lebanese agricultural products by 50%.
