NAD, Finq celebrate Children’s Day
Nammude Adukkalathottam Doha (Our Kitchen Garden Doha) and Finq (Federation of Indian Nurses Qatar) jointly organised Children's Day celebration. Rajagiri Public School principal Sanjeev Kumar and Indian Community Benevolent Forum representative Irfan Hassan Ansari inaugurated the event on November 13 by planting saplings in the school courtyard.
Various types of seedlings were distributed to the children. Benny Thomas, president of Our Kitchen Garden Doha, spoke about agriculture. General secretary Jiji Aravind too addressed the gathering. Rajagiri school student Aditya Venkatagirish shared his farming experiences. Finq representative Kathy also spoke.
