With reference to the announcement of SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company on 28/12/1443H corresponding to 27/07/2022 in regard of signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC) to jointly explore global commercial and innovation opportunities to help ensure food security and address growing environmental challenges and as the work is under process, the parties have agreed to extend this Memorandum of Understanding for two (2) years from the expiration date with the same previous terms and conditions.
