Saudi Arabia achieves high self-sufficiency in some food products: Minister
Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar Alkhorayef, said Saudi Arabia achieved a high rate of self-sufficiency in a number of food products.He told the panel discussion at the Saudi Food Show 2023 that the Kingdom exceeded the percentage required for self-sufficiency in dairy, adding that the country's self-efficiency of poultry, meat and fish reached 70%, 57% and 60%,
