TADCO pens MoU to build greenhouses in Tabuk

Riyadh – Mubasher: Tabuk Agricultural Development Company (TADCO) has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Saudi Greenhouse and Agri Marketing Company to construct and manage high-tech greenhouses and marketing agriculture products.

The terms of the MoU include designing and constructing region-specific greenhouses in Tabuk, along with market research, product development, and joint marketing planning, according to a bourse filing.

Both parties will exchange recommendations and consultations, with room for future collaboration.

Earlier in April, TADCO inked a non-binding MoU with NEOM's food company Topian.
