The complex, developed in partnership with Adroit Overseas Canada and Al Amir Foods, will specialise in storing and processing various agricultural products, including pulses, grains, corn, and soybeans.

Jebel Ali Port handles 73 percent of the UAE’s food and beverage trade by value. The first phase of the project is scheduled for completion in early 2025.

The facility will generate over AED1.2 billion in new international trade, aligning with the UAE’s “Operation 300 Billion” strategy. It is also expected to enhance bulk handling by 750,000 metric tonnes annually.

Spanning a quayside area of 100,000 sq m, the agri terminals will be Dubai’s largest multi-tenant facility for integrated agricultural processing and silo storage.

The facility will have a total storage capacity
