UAE commences next interplanetary space mission – MEED
The UAE Space Agency's next mission will explore the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter
The UAE Space Agency has announced commencement of work on its next interplanetary mission, scheduled for launch in 2028.
The mission will build on the knowledge and experience gained from the Emirates Mars Mission (EMM). It will be developed in partnership with the Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics (LASP) at the University of Colorado, Boulder in the US.
