BRCS participates in webinar on international humanitarian law

The Bahrain Red Crescent Society (BRCS) participated in a regional webinar entitled "The Role of the National Judge in Implementing International Humanitarian Law“. The webinar was organized by "Judicial and Legal Studies Institute“ in the Kingdom of Bahrain under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, Chairman of the National Committee of International Humanitarian Law in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The webinar witnessed participation by The ICRC's Kuwait delegation; and a group of elite experts. The webinar aims to support the participants' knowledge and skills, informing them of the latest developments and applications in the field of international humanitarian law, exchanging experiences, and supporting capacity building at the regional level. The Bahrain Red Crescent Society participated with a delegation headed by Mr. Mubarak Al Hadi, Bahrain Red Crescent General Secretary, and the membership of Mr. Ali Kadhem, Head of Public Relations Committee & Member Affairs Committee, Dr. Nilofer Jahromi, Head of Young & Youth Committee and Charity Agricultural Project, and Miss Muyssar S. Awadhalla, Head of Health Awareness & Head of Blood Bank, in addition to Zakia Bukamal, and Muhammad Al-Basri, and Issa Saad. In his speech at the
