SIO launches Mentorship Programme

The Social Insurance Organisation (SIO) has launched an initiative aimed at empowering its young personnel. SIO Chief Executive Officer Eman Mustafa Al Murbati announced the Mentorship Programme, during a ceremony during which young outstanding SIO staff were honoured. The event marks the Bahraini Youth Day, which is celebrated annually on March 25, as per the decision of the Cabinet. The ceremony followed the initiative of His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa. The celebration aimed to highlight the contributions of Bahraini youth and their active role in national progress and prosperity, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. The Mentorship Programme targets youth employees with the aim of creating promising national cadres specialized in the field of retirement and social insurance, preparing future leaders and highlighting their capabilities . Al-Murbati also honoured a number of SIO youth who spearheaded positive initiatives and participated in achieving success affirming all support to enhance the role of youth. BNA(R)
