FRA approves establishing first direct investment company in Egyptian market

CAIRO - 9 June 2021: The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) under Mohamed Omran approved the establishment of The Pyramid Private Equity Co. as the first company in the Egyptian market to invest in small and medium enterprises under modern mechanisms.
