Google on Wednesday announced its latest Android flagship, the $699 Pixel with a mid-range processor, an ultrawide camera and 5G support.

The Pixel 5 is IPX8 waterproof, comes with an ultrawide rear-facing camera, 8GB of RAM and reverse wireless charging, meaning that users can share the Pixel's battery with other devices, such as a pair of wireless earbuds, without having to plug anything in.





With a Snapdragon 765G processor, the Pixel 5 doesn't have the fastest specs, according to the Verge, but it does allow Google to offer the phone at a lower price point than the Pixel 4.
